Well, here's another birthday cake to my buddy.

A Christmas Log Cake & Fat Santa Bear!

Again! I bought this swiss roll in Tong Kei!!!! XD

I was planed to use whole swiss roll to decorate this cake,

but I feel it look empty, so I cut it into 1/3 size.

I always change my plan..... -.- 

but it end up pretty good. lol! 

Bride Clay

Learned how to make a bride in this week, 

although it just only the body + head + hand without dress & face(next week).

The most difficult part is the hand, -.- very scare the finger will broke.....

Remade the hand in the picture below.....

It's too small for the bride XD, but I like it so much, so take a picture of it.

It look creepy izzit? 

plan to make only the hand again someday then drop some red colouring on it~! heheh~! 

Gingerbread

Remade a new batch of gingerbread to my buddy.
I though they canceled the hang out, so I gave all the previous batch to my brother.

Used chocolate as deco, it's fast + don't waste egg yolk + not enough time....
The final product look great ~ not bad not bad~ haha!

Bear

After reading this manga.... it make me remember the look of a innocence baby bear I saw in Hokkaido.

It's not a real baby bear.

Don't know why, bear is kinda popular in Hokkaido.
There're bear's key chain, T-shirt, and lots of souvenir....
Ah! & bear curry also. XD!!!
Then I saw a small metal case with the baby bear printing on it, & the face is just like the look above.
Big round eye but no bling bling~ lol

Off Day

Everyone is having their off day on Tuesday & Weekend except our gang...
because of preparing CNY cookies...
We will start our CNY earn money project on Christmas week, will be very busy after that....

Dessert Practical Exam

Today, we done chocolate showpiece in our dessert practical exam.
I thought it's a disaster to me because I only do the flower part once before.
At the end, it end up pretty well. \ (^0^) /
so happy~ thanks for everybody hard work.
We 2 groups combine to complete this work,
except deco & design, we done this ourself.
& mostly I do the fixing part, haha! my friend call me cement girl.

Well.... this is my 1st successful sugar paste cake I'm direct cover on the cake.

We cover the sugar paste on cake tin in college practical class. So this can be a little bit hard for us if we cover it on a real cake.

I do one before, 2 tier , & it look worst than this x100, the shape is so ugly, some more there's bubble in it.

& I forgot to put sugar in my cake, I add it last minute at the end, so the cake got a bit out of shape.

This time, I bought the cake in pasar malam. 0.0 

Sorry Li Lian, I hate my mixer so much so I try to avoid using it.....

Anyway....

Weird + Funny Driver

Meet a weird + funny driver when I came home just now.
I was in Taman Conaught, fast line.
then suddenly there's a waja in middle line slowly cut into my line.
I wanted to "hon" the driver, but I didn't at the end.
Drive slowly.... slowly.......
Then that car slightly HIT the border! LOL!
Then the driver immediately drive his/her car normally.
Maybe he/she having a call or typing sms.....
