This is what we done in last week sugar craft practical class. 

The skill we used is totally different from sugar paste. 

Ermmm.... feel uncomfortable.... 

Everyone made their roses in their own style XD!

Dessert Practical Exam

Today, we done chocolate showpiece in our dessert practical exam.
I thought it's a disaster to me because I only do the flower part once before.
At the end, it end up pretty well. \ (^0^) /
so happy~ thanks for everybody hard work.
We 2 groups combine to complete this work,
except deco & design, we done this ourself.
& mostly I do the fixing part, haha! my friend call me cement girl.

Successful made a birthday cake & delivered to my best friend just now~!!!

Although her birthday still have 2 days away.

A surprise to my friend coz I didn't told her about this before.

ya..... I'm so happy now!!! Can't wait to post it here >.<

still working on it....

Well.... this is my 1st successful sugar paste cake I'm direct cover on the cake.

We cover the sugar paste on cake tin in college practical class. So this can be a little bit hard for us if we cover it on a real cake.

I do one before, 2 tier , & it look worst than this x100, the shape is so ugly, some more there's bubble in it.

& I forgot to put sugar in my cake, I add it last minute at the end, so the cake got a bit out of shape.

This time, I bought the cake in pasar malam. 0.0 

Sorry Li Lian, I hate my mixer so much so I try to avoid using it.....

Anyway....

Weird + Funny Driver

Meet a weird + funny driver when I came home just now.
I was in Taman Conaught, fast line.
then suddenly there's a waja in middle line slowly cut into my line.
I wanted to "hon" the driver, but I didn't at the end.
Drive slowly.... slowly.......
Then that car slightly HIT the border! LOL!
Then the driver immediately drive his/her car normally.
Maybe he/she having a call or typing sms.....
